Open data (JSON)
The data behind every page is published as JSON, exactly as the site uses it. Each brand's conditions are structured, and every condition carries a source ID that leads to the primary source's URL and the date we checked it.
Files

Brands (beef, chicken, pork): names in Japanese, English and Chinese, reading, prefecture, managing body, official site, conditions (breed, region, age, housing, feed, grading, other), notes and the basis for the English name
sources.json Records: 263

For spreadsheets: one brand per row, each condition in the same wording as the brand page, in Japanese and English (UTF-8 with BOM).
How to read it
- A condition with "status": "none" means the source sets no such requirement. No value has been filled in by guesswork.
- A condition's src lists ids in sources.json. One condition can cite more than one source.
- If names.zh-Hant is null, we have no source for a Chinese name; use the Japanese name.
- Brands with hasPage: false have only one defined condition, so they have no page yet.
